Comedian Peter Kay has added more dates for his 2023 UK tour
The popular comedian, 49, announced an additional gig on Sarah Cox’s BBC Radio 2 show on Thursday 8 December.
Kay opened her first live comedy tour in 12 years last Friday, which brought her to tears.
The long arena tour runs from December through the end of 2023.
Fans can get tickets to the new dates in Newcastle, Glasgow, Sheffield and more after the announcement.

Addressing Radio 2 listeners, Kay said: “First of all I want to thank everyone who bought tickets for my tour and I really appreciate it.
“Finally we were able to book a few more appointments.”
Tickets go on sale on Sunday, December 11 at 10am.
The new shows cover the following cities: Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, Glasgow and night 28 at the O2 Arena in London.
The exciting comeback was announced during a commercial break for the new ITV series I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! on sunday night.
A commercial, in which Kay is a rug-wearing fan, asks, “When are you going on tour?” to which Kay replied, “Next month.”
Sharing the news of the new tour dates, Kay wrote, “Great to be back doing what I love, stand up comedy.”
